技術(shù)特點：
● 采用電腦控制箱，其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，功能齊全，操作方便，各閘刀的進(jìn)出工作用數(shù)字輸入，更換襪子的款式，只需把花型和鏈條程序輸入即可；
● 主梭道為8個，輔梭道為5組，且每組為3個紗道，因此一只襪子最多可有16種顏色；
● 橡筋由步進(jìn)馬達(dá)控制送紗速度，可織出多變的橡筋襪筒。
● 采用清晰、寬大的顯示屏，中、英文可自行選擇，使電腦數(shù)據(jù)一目了然。
● 潤油系統(tǒng)采用電腦控制程序加油，使加油量更加穩(wěn)定；
● 停電或其他原因可保存花型，重新啟動后可自動延續(xù)上次的工作程序；
● 完善的故障檢測與高靈敏的斷線，斷針保護(hù)系統(tǒng)；

Technical character:
● It adopts computer-controlled device made in Korea, which has close structure, complete function and feasible operation. The in/out operation of every brake of this device is controlled by data and the style of socks is changed by the input of pattern and chain procedure.
● It has 8main feeders, 5suits of assistant feeders and every suit has 3 yarn mouth, one sock can be 16 colors at most.
● The yarn-sending speed of the elastic is controlled by step-advancing motor and can knit varies of elastic sock tubes.
● It adopts clear and big display screen with selection of languages includes Chinese, English so the data of computer is very clear.
● The lubricant oil system adopts computer-controlled procedure to add oil to keep more steady oil-adding quantity.
● The pattern can be saved after accidental power off or other problems, and the last work procedure can be automatically continued after restart.
● Accident checking is perfect and protection system of thread-break and needle-break is very sensitive.
● Pattern designing of system is brief and easy to operate, it can be run on common computer with windows98/2000/XP.
