FABRIC USED: 100% polyester, 100% nylon, cotton, polyester/nylon and other new sycthetic fabrics with plain dyeing, crinkle, printing, water proof, down proof, water repellent, breathable coating, moisture permeability, embossing, cire, peaching, antistatic, flame retardant, dry tech and UV-CUT.
FACTORY OWNED: We hold 2 factories in Tianjin: one for woven garments and the other for knit garments with 500 employee. We have advanced equipment 350 sets of sewing, tailoring, blocking buttons, water washing, taped, finishing and framefixing as well as garment processing. The capacity of production yearly is 700,000pcs.
QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURE:
1. On receipt of the detailed inquiry orsample from customer, we will make quotation togetherwith first sample for approval.
2. Based on the comments on the 1st sample from customer, we will make the revised sample together with the sample and color lab dips for fabric and all the accessories.
3. We provide the pre-production sample, size sample, photo sample and AD sample according to the requirements of our customer.
4. After receipt of the down payment or L/C, we will start the bulk production.
(4-1). As per the approval sample, we will check the quality of fabric and accessories including colorfastness, weight, hand feeling, construction and content, color difference etc.,
(4-2). During the fabric cutting and stitching, our Q.C. will stay at the factory to follow the quality and shipment.
(4-3). If needed, we will provide the shipping sample to our customer.
(4-4) After ironing, packing and final inspection, we will arrange the relative shipment and documentation.
TERMS OF BUSINESS:
1. order quantity minimum: 500 pcs per color per style;
2. trading terms: FOB CHINA or CFR, CIF European Main Port;
3. payment terms: 30% down payment, balance by irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T after shipment.
